In collaboration with the Morandi group in the ETH Zürich we recently presented an electrolytic shuttle reaction for dihalides enabling the remediation of lindane-contaminated soil. The project gains high interest and was already highlighted by nature catalysis, c&en, ChemistryViews, FAZ, our university and the ETH Zürich.
